PTFE filter Bags

In addition, it has the characteristics of de-dusting,which reduces dust collecting strength. Thus membrane FTFE filter bag lifespan is prolonged even under low and stable pressure loss. With characteristics of high air permeability,low resistance, high filter efficiency,big capacity and high de-dusting rate,membrane filter bags are perfect to process dust.

Followings are features of PTFE filter bags:

Not all of PTFE filter bags need membrane,which should be decided  and analized by actual plant conditions.

PTFE synthetic fiber material is one of unique materials: it can stand acid corrosion under constant operation temperature 240℃ or transient 280℃. PTFE fiber filter material has sound self-lubricating,wet resistance,and anti-ultraviolet ray.

If combined with fiberglass materials, PTFE filter bags are much cheaper.
