Types of Filter Bags
There are three types of filter bags: normal temperature filter bags, medium temperature filter bags,anti-high Temperature filter bags
Normal Temperature Filter Bags
Constant operating surrounding temperature of normal temperature filter bags below 130 degrees Celsius with transient temperature less than 150 degrees Celsius. Most of them have small changes under either dry or wet conditions due to its sound resistance under normal temperature during their operation.
These bags widely used in fields of steel,metallurgy,mining,chemical,coal carbonization,textile,mechanics,power,dust collecting,food,wood etc.
Polyester filter bags and polypropylene acid and alkali-resistant filter bags are frequently used among these normal temperature filter bags.
Medium temperature filter bags
Application temperature of medium temperature filter bags is middle,which is especially designed against around 150℃ operating condition. They have features of high breaking strength,low breaking elongation,low hot-shrinkage rate,moderate heat resistance,meeting operation conditions between 150℃~170℃.
Acrylic acid and alkali-resistant medium filter bags,medium compound filter bags belongs to this type.
Anti-heat Filter Bags
In addition to the sound heat resistance,anti-heat filter bags is also anti-corrosion.
Heat shrinkage rate is below 0.7% under constant 190℃ for 30 minutes even zero within 20 minutes. time of transient temperature 190-200℃ is below 5 minutes each time and yearly accumulative time no more than 30 minutes; while that 180—190℃ less 10 minutes each time,100 hours in one year.
If anti-heat filter bags used under normal working conditions, lifespan is over 2 years in refuse incinerator,and more than 3 years in coal incinerator of power plant
with dedusting density below 30mg/Nm
Frequent use high-heat filter bags are: anti-heat flumex filter bags,PPS anti-heat filter bags, nomex filter bags,PTFE filter bags.
Application fields:boilers of power plants,industrial boilers,coal incinerators,asphalt mixing plants, cement,metallurgy and electricity.
