Troubleshooting Sequence of the weighing feeder

Electronic Scales are necessary units for cement raw materials batching system,and usually they are equipped to belt conveyors. In the process of running, glitches may happen and be solved based on proper troubleshooting orders. There are following failures for electronic scales as a whole.

1) Low weighing accuracy: it may come from calibration,and several times of calibration can be corrected. Besides, deviation rollers on two sides of the belt conveyor may have certain influence upon the scale signal transmission;

2) Fluctuation of conveying speed even no speed. Slipping or no rotation of the speeding roller may cause it. Speed sensors should be checked if speeding rollers is no problem;

3) Increasing or declining of accumulated value: The problem may come from zero calibration;

4) No display of Meters

Line break problem as a whole: re-connect all lines of the meters after unplugging, and double check if the fusing happen or not.
